This website is operated by Sweet as a Button. Throughout the site, the terms “I” and refer to Sweet as a Button. Sweet as a Button offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our website is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Product design, colours and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website due to product availability. I will always replace items will another similar item of same value.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Sweet as a Button does not take any responsibility for the content on any messages sent from a sender to a recipient.
Messages received by the sender are not altered by Sweet as a Button.
We currently only deliver within the Clare Valley, Barossa Valley & Adelaide regions but are looking at expanding the delivery areas in the near future! If you are unsure if we deliver to your area please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order.
Sweet as a Button recommends you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home. Sweet as a Button requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the day of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then the box will be left outside the residence.
Due to the sheer volume of deliveries, Sweet as a Button and it's agents are not always in a position to contact gift-recipients and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended and/or to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order.
Sweet as a Button retains records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested or undelivered' products.
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, Sweet as a Button cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.
When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to Sweet as a Button and disposed of as products no longer remain fresh. It is a commitment by Sweet as a Button that all products be delivered at the highest quality and a decision will be made to dispose of re-directed products, once returned, at the discretion of Sweet as a Button.
Re-delivery on the same day will not always be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the monies spent on both the gift box, add-ons and delivery.
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the above delivery schedule, we use external couriers for all our deliveries, and occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the above time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.
Any alcohol featured in our sweet as a button gift boxes is designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed 2.25 litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it is taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.
If you would like to cancel an order you will need to email 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Any cancellation notice that is received at less than 48 hours notice will be void.
Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation of order incurs a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that the customer needs the box cancelled or re-delivered on the day of the delivery, the customer will be charged the same price for an additional box to be sent out.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
